Insurances Covered

Sage & Soul, LLC is in-network with the following insurance plans:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO)

• Aetna (PPO)

• UnitedHealthcare (PPO)

• Cigna (PPO)

Coverage and benefits vary by plan. Clients are encouraged to verify their benefits directly with their insurance provider prior to beginning services.

For those who prefer not to use insurance, self-pay options are available. Sliding scale and out-of-pocket rates are offered upon request and based on availability.

​Signature Offerings are self-pay only as those sessions are typically 60-90 minutes, and include homework specifically curated for interactive use between sessions.

Cancellation Policy​

​

To support consistency of care and respect for scheduled appointment times, Sage & Soul, LLC requires at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

​

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is the client’s responsibility and is not billable to insurance.

Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, both at the clinician’s discretion.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so as soon as possible to avoid incurring a fee.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may impact ongoing scheduling availability.
